It is impossible to resolve a problem with the company. Wrong sizes were sent, but they will not replace . The site is impossible to navigate to try and resolve. It is obvious they have made this task impossible in order to avoid servicing the customer. Buyer beware!

I made an order more than a month ago, I didn’t receive it , I can’t even open a dispute about the item, you can’t talk or contact anyone on the website

DO NOT BUY from these scammers! You pay and they send a key ring or something small and deliver it to a totally different address!!! Then you try and make contact with the seller and they read the message but ignore you. The whole site needs taking down!!!!!

I payed for my order through ideal, but I didn't receive any confirmation, I tried to contact costumer service, but I don't get any reply on this, so now I lost my money and the seller can't sent me my product because it's not confirmed by dhgate.

I GOT SCAMMED AND CANT GET A REFUND! (Order no: 3507675440) I TOOK A SCREEN VIDEO SHOWING THAT SELLER COPIED GOOD COMMENTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. I believed it and bought. It's been 2 months, estimated delivery date is due and no parcel. I cannot open dispute it doesn't work. Worst site ever. If I don't get my full refund I will go to court for this. I didn't find my money on street. Thanks God I have 2 million followers in tiktok and if I don't get refund I will also share this experience with proofs. Everyone should avoid this scam. I am kindly asking customer service to return my money immediately or things will get worse.

Sellers don’t respond to messages they read them you can see it. It says Read. I’ve had several sellers claim that there items are genuine leather but have taken them to my leather repair guy who confirms that they are not genuine leather

I ordered 140 sneakers for my son. Tried several times payment would not go through I even tried another card. I have 800 plus credit score it wasn't on my end. I got several emails awaiting payment or they would cancel. I finally got an email cancelling order. American Express wants payment I have disputed this situation 3 times. The order was cancelled and I never received sneakers. The company sent paper work saying the order number is different than cancelled order. I can't get help, I don't have sneakers but they want 140. The order was cancelled I have the email. I believe it's a scam, they change order number figuring I would not pursue that amount to ruin my credit. There's even a tracking info page saying we got them. I didn't!

This store is the real deal folks! The products are amazing. I’m definitely coming back for more. Keep up the great job!

Ordered and received counterfeit goods disguised as real goods with fake QR code verification that took me to Eluxetch.com rather than Eluxtech.com, can't message the seller as my messages longer than a few words won't send, and I can't open a dispute because it says my order needs to be delivered first, even though I have received my order and the tracking says its been delivered too. Used the site before and had a good experience, however this order has been a big lesson...

I bought one of their leather vests hoodies during a Black Friday sale in 2022. Over two months later and I haven't received my package yet. This is February 3,2023 and there hasn't been an update about where my package is since January 3. By now I should have received it by anyone's standards and still nothing.

The worst experience ever! I’ve waited 3 months for a 1 week delivery!!! And every time I’ve wanted to cancel and asked for refund they’ve been asking me to be patient! I’ve written another bad review and they asked to send them an email but no email can be found, no nothing! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered a birthday gift over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is horrible no customer support or communication to my many messages, but one message saying it shipped. The tracking service is not helpful and vague and doesn’t give an ETA. I have no clue where my package is and can’t even get someone to reach out to me. Save your money and don’t use this company.
